Fully Managed Service
Monthly commission: 10% of rental income + £350 set-up fee for each new tenant.
This comprehensive service includes:

- Preparation of tenancy paperwork and agreements
- 1 periodic inspection during the tenancy
- Organisation of repairs and maintenance

Tenant Find Only
One-time fee: £500 for each new tenant.
This service includes:
- Property marketing and advertising

- Preparation of the tenancy agreement and other compliance documents
Additional Fees
The following additional services are available:
- Inventory check-in: Pricing depends on property size, discussed with landlord and documented in terms of business
- Tenancy check-out inspection report: £85
- Deposit registration: £25
- Void property inspection (if required): £30
- Professional hourly rate for liaison with solicitors (if required): £75
- Section notices served: £50
